MY APPROACH

My approach to our Institutional 1031 Solution

I came to the 1031 exchange niche after a long career in real estate development and consulting.

Prior to asissting with the start up of Institutional 1031 Corp., my experience mostly spanned hospitality, residential, and office properties.

In my previous efforts I've led transformative projects across diverse real estate sectors. From iconic hotels like the Fairmont and Hayes Mansion in San Jose, California to innovative residential developments like Quito Oaks in Saratoga, California , I believe I'vee demonstrated a knack for delivering exceptional results.

Most recently, I’ve been overseeing the redevelopment of four significant resort sites at Lake Berryessa in Napa County and several new housing communities in the Bay Area.

With a track record of success in navigating complex markets, I am committed to pushing the boundaries of real estate innovation.

With a rich history of success, I have negotiated transformative partnerships and executed landmark projects, including the development of iconic hotels and resorts, major employment centers and unique residential communities. My dedication is to innovation.

In the residential sector, I have earned acclaim for my ability to reimagine spaces, from rezoning obsolete industrial sites for vibrant apartment communities, to crafting estate home communities in Silicon Valley.

In addition to 1031 exchanging, my interests encompass a wide range of housing formats, including both luxury residences and affordable family homes, reflecting a commitment to meeting the varied needs of communities.

I've been told that despite current challenges in the office market, my expertise in designing, financing, and leasing office buildings had positioned me as an invaluable partner in revitalizing troubled properties. With a portfolio of development projects spanning several million square feet, I am always poised to navigate shifting market dynamics and deliver unparalleled value.
